3. Can you manufacture based on my drawings or samples?
Absolutely. We accept 2D/3D files (STEP, STP, IGS, PDF) or physical samples. Our engineers will review all details for manufacturability before production begins.
4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible MOQs — from a single prototype to batch runs. Our process is designed to support low-volume custom manufacturing without compromising quality.
5. How do you ensure product quality?
Our factory operates under ISO 9001 standards. We conduct full inspections using CMMs, calipers, and surface gauges. Dimensional and surface reports are provided upon request.
6. What is your typical lead time?
For prototypes: 5–15 business days.
For batch production: 15–30 days.
Rush orders can be expedited based on availability.
7. What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% deposit before production and 50% before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for flexibility and security.
8. How do you arrange shipping?
We ship globally via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or sea freight depending on volume and destination. You may also use your own freight forwarder if preferred.
9. Do you provide samples before mass production?
